Throughout the past several days and weeks, the spread of COVID-19 has created great uncertainty and anxiety for our community. We at NorthStar Law Group, P.S. are focused on two things above all else: the health and well-being of our people and clients and continuing to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
Until this crisis concludes, our office hours will remain the same: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. However, in accordance with recommended social-distancing protocols, all client appointments will either be via telephone or video conference unless a face-to-face meeting is absolutely required. Of course, we will continue to be available by phone (360-292-4556) or email (email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org) should you have a particular question or matter that you would like to discuss.
Please keep in mind that since this situation is extremely fluid and events are outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to respond to an inquiry immediately or deliver a service that requires our firm to work with outside third parties such as the Internal Revenue Service, other governmental agencies or third-party vendors within a certain timeframe. For that, your understanding is greatly appreciated. However, we will continue to provide you with updates as to the status of your matter and work with you to resolve your legal issues in a timely manner.
We will keep you apprised of any changes to these policies as events warrant. In the meantime, we ask that you take measures to protect you and your family from unnecessary exposure to this virus.
